The Corruption Index 2024 of Transparency International is out.
The CPI ranks 180 countries and territories according to the levels of public-sector corruption perceived by experts and businesspeople.
The index uses a scale of zero (highly corrupt) to 100 (very clean).
Belgium has a score of 69 – so still room for improvement. Denmark heads the ranking (90) and South Sudan is at the bottom (8).
